Emma Hanson is a UK based producer / production manager working across animation and live-action. She’s well versed in long form and short form production for CG, 2D, stop-motion, puppetry, live-action and mixed media. She has also produced shorts with funding from Creative England, BFI and National Lottery. These projects screened globally, earning her a place on BAFTA Connect.

Emma spent almost 6 years working for the Academy and BAFTA award winning Aardman Animations. She joined in 2013 working on films such as Nick Park’s ‘Early Man’ and ‘Shaun the Sheep: Farmageddon’.

Since receiving her MA in producing at NFTS, Emma has spent much of her time working with the renowned Blink Ink in London, UK across commercials and series for broadcasters and streamers such as BBC, HBO and Disney+. Last year, Emma worked for the up and coming Studio Orca to produce a series of animated sequences for the BBC / HBO series ‘Strike’ which aired over Christmas in the UK.
